All our learners to understand and be understood.  It has been developed over years of experience in language coaching and our understanding of the ever-changing needs in business and time restraints of our learners. Our emphasis is on direct communication through speaking and comprehension.

We understand the learner:

• Unlike university/school children, business people are not professional students.  Most have full-time jobs, families, a social life and some have even forgotten how to learn. Therefore, we know that learning a foreign language is not easy.
• Learners concentrate first on their oral competence before turning their attention to reading and additional listening or writing skills.
